For whom?
My focus as a coach and mentor is on guiding experienced professionals, who work in demanding and dynamic business environments. This includes (financial) executives (CFO/FD/ Partners Big4)) and mid-career talents (future CFOs) who strive for further growth and impact in their career. I am used to working with clients from the profit sector (Business services, PE, Midmarket companies).
In addition, I also support professionals in startups and scale-ups, using my own experience in growing companies to support them in seizing strategic opportunities but also in overcoming challenges that come with growth, innovation and change, and I act as a “trusted advisor” to the CEO and/or CFO.
