Over the past 18 years, I have built Lime Search ( www.limesearch.nl ) as an entrepreneur with a great team. This executive search agency specialized in finance is now solid, with two brands ( www.lemonsearch.nl ) and three offices.

In January 2024, I launched Career Mirror, a coaching and mentoring company focused on
professionals who want to realize their "dream job". My mission is focused on
exploring career paths and helping to realize professional ambitions that align with my clients’ personalities. With a businesslike and pragmatic approach, I offer coaching and mentoring, promoting self-awareness. As an energetic business coach, I strongly believe in authenticity, humor, honesty, perseverance and self-reflection as keys to success.
