Over the past 18 years, I have been an entrepreneur at Lime Search
(www.limesearch.nl) built with a great team, with a focus on the
connecting people and financial talent. This specialized search agency in
finance is now solid, with two brands and three offices, and I am very happy
proud of.

In 2024 I will introduce Career Mirror, a coaching and mentoring company focused on
professionals who want to realize their "dream job". My mission is focused on
exploring career paths and helping to realize professional
ambitions that are in line with the personality of my clients. With a businesslike
I offer coaching and mentoring with a pragmatic approach, in which I am honest
promote self-awareness. As an energetic business coach, I strongly believe in authenticity,
humor, honesty, perseverance and self-reflection as keys to success.
